Tungo sa pagtataguyod ng masiglang ekonomiya sa pamamagitan ng pagpapaunlad ng kabuhayan ng mga Bulakenyo, itinatag ang Bulacan Packaging Service and Toll Packing Center (BPSTPC) ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Bulacan.

Layuning nitong magbigay ng de-kalidad at maaasahang serbisyo sa mga lokal na negosyo sa larangan ng packaging at label designing. Ito ang kauna-unahang Packaging Center na pinapatakbo ng Lokal na Pamahalaan kaya’t nagsisilbi tayong huwaran sa ibang lalawigan sa proyektong sumusuporta sa hanapbuhay ng mga mamamayan.

Umaasa ako na ang website na ito ay makahihikayat at magbibigay ng impormasyon sa mga Bulakenyo tungo sa mas maunlad at masaganang Lalawigan ng Bulacan.

The Bulacan Packaging Service and Toll Packing Center (BPSTPC) was relaunched on April 06, 2015. It is a service-oriented project which primarily aims to make Bulacan products become more competitive in the local and foreign markets, help promote livelihood and consequently help in alleviating poverty.

The BPSTPC boasts not only of its modern machines and equipment and high standards of packaging and label designing but also of its personnel who possess high levels of competence and expertise. Since it is the very first government-run Packaging Center in the Philippines, it has become a benchmark for all government established and to be established packaging centers in the country.

The Center is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is managed by the Provincial Government of Bulacan (PGB) through the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PCEDO).
